PAY SCALE & EMOLUMENTS : The Scale of Pay for the post of Manager (Scale-I), which is on par with IBA scales, is at present Rs.23700 – 980/7 – 30560 – 1145/2 – 32850 – 1310/7 – 42020 (17 stages) plus four stagnation increments for every three completed years of service of which first two shall be Rs.1310/- each and next two Rs.1460/- each for those who have moved to Scale-II after reaching maximum Pay of the scale.
Educational Qualification (as on 01.01.2017):
Graduation with 60% aggregate marks or Commerce Graduate with 55% aggregate marks (+) Computer knowledge.
Note:
1) The eligibility for in-service candidates of TSCAB, shall be any graduate
with a minimum ofj 50% aggregate marks.
2) The percentage of marks in graduation shall be arrived at by dividing the
aggregate/total marks obtained by the candidate in all subjects irrespective of
optional/ additional subjects studied with the aggregate maximum marks of the
examination passed for all the years of the examination.
3) Essential : Proficiency in Telugu language.
4) Knowledge of English is required.
5) Preference will be given to candidates with computer knowledge (as per
assessment at the time of interview).
AGE (as on 01.01.2017)
OC- 20 years –28 years ( as on 01.01.2017) i.e. candidates should have been born on or after 02.01.1989, but not later than 01.01.1997 (both dates inclusive).
SELECTION PROCEDURE :
The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of the Online Test/Examination and interview. The Online Test/Examination will be conducted in English. All the eligible candidates who apply with the requisite fee and whose applications are received in time will be called for the Online test/ Examination, which will comprise the following:
A. Online Objective Test : 100 marks & Interview – 12.5
marks ;
B. There shall be Negative Marking for wrong answers (0.25 marks will be
deducted for each wrong answer) ;
C. Online Test question contents would be as under :
D. Descriptive Test : 20 Marks (30 min separately)
E. Objective test : 100 Marks (60 Minutes) as under :

F. Mode of Descriptive Test (20 Marks – 30 Minutes) :
(a) The Descriptive Test shall be of 30 minutes duration and
shall be in English only ;
(b) It shall be for 20 marks – 5 marks for Letter writing & 15 marks for Essay
Writing ;
(c) It shall be conducted through online mode only ;
(d) The candidates are required to qualify in the Descriptive Test by securing
qualifying/passingi marks, to be decided by the Bank ;
(e) Candidates will have to answer Descriptive Test by typing on the Computer,
which would be held immediately after the completion of objective test ;
(f) Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score for each section
and for overall cut-off of objective test separately, for shortlisting for
descriptive test evaluation/interview ;
(g) Descriptive answer script would be evaluated only in respect of those
candidates who qualify in the objective test ;
(h) Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum total score (to be
decided by the Bank according to number of vacancies) in the objective test and
qualify in the descriptive test for shortlisting for interview ;
(i) A candidate shall be required to qualify in the descriptive test, but the
marks in the descriptive test will not be counted towards shortlisting for
interview or final selection ;
(j) Descriptive paper of only those who qualify on each objective tests to the
extent of 20 times the number of vacancies will be evaluated ;

The application fee including intimation Bank and Postal charges (non-refundable), is prescribed as under:
1. SC/ST/PC/EXS (postage + process charges) Rs.100
2. BC/General (application + postage + bank charges) Rs.600
