(Notification) Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Banking (PGDRB) at IFBI

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

The PGDRB is a three term program spanned over three months of full time class work, followed by one week of on the job training at specified Axis Bank branch. The program is unique in both its content as well as its methodology.

PGDRB program consists of four hours of classroom study and three hours of supervised self-study per day. Supervised self-study takes place after the classroom. In addition to the formal classroom sessions, students may be required to participate in collaborative projects and assignments along with e-learning and other reference work. To complete the program, students may have to work on some local holidays.

Students upon successful completion of PGDRB qualify for employment in Axis Bank.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

300+ Bank Officers Intake through the program

Available Markets: Delhi/NCR

  • 4 month class-room training (non-residential)
  • Placement in Axis Bank at Officer Grade
  • Experience Bankers as faculty

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Age : Born on or after 1st January, 1990
  • >=55% in X, XII and Graduation. Preferably non-engineering & non-MBA graduates.
  • Gap allowed of only 1 year, Regular Graduation /no correspondence,No Siblings and all other terms & conditions as applicable.

SELECTION PROCESS

Candidates will have to appear for IFBI’s Common Entrance Test (ICET), which is an online test. The candidates are advised to practice their keyboard skills and become familiar with online tests by taking an online practice test. Admission to IFBI PGDRB program is granted based on the performance in ICET, IFBI Interview and Axis Bank’s Interview. Selected candidates will be offered provisional appointment letter as per the terms and conditions during the PGDRB enrollment process.
