Infosys faces another lawsuit in US
Infosys faces a lawsuit, and possibly even a class action lawsuit, in the US on grounds of alleged discrimination in favour of South Asians for its job positions in the country.
Brenda Koehler, an IT professional who was interviewed last year for a technical job position in Infosys that eventually went to a Bangladeshi national, has alleged in a suit filed in the US District Court in Eastern Wisconsin that Infosys "has engaged in systematic, company-wide discrimination against individuals based upon their national origin."
