Federal Manipal School of Banking (FMSB) is an exclusive partnership forged between Federal Bank and Manipal Global Education services to develop Bankers of tomorrow. Through this arrangement, we intend to groom potential candidates by providing high end Banking training so as to develop first day, first hour productivity in Federal Bank. The candidates would undergo various modes of experiential and activity based learning to develop themselves as future leaders. The candidates who successfully pass out of the program would be conferred with a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance by Manipal University and would be absorbed as Probationary Officers in Federal Bank.

About Federal Manipal School of Banking

The Federal Bank Limited and the Manipal Global Education Services joined hands to set up the Federal Manipal School of Banking (FMSB) to cater to the needs of training young, bright graduates in order to make them job ready for a career in Banking at Federal Bank. On successful completion of the programme, the participants would be awarded a Postgraduate Diploma in Banking & Finance (PGDBF) by Manipal University and would be offered the post of Probationary Officers at Federal Bank.
