INDIAN BANK, a leading Public Sector Bank, with Corporate Office in Chennai invites applications from Retired Bank Executives / Officers for engagement in different verticals as Officer on Special Duty on contract basis.Applications are invited from Retired Bank Executives / Officers at the level of Deputy General Manager/Assistant General Manager / Chief Manager/Senior Manager who have got hands-on-experience in the relevant area of operation and satisfy the following eligibility criteria. Scale VI & Scale V :

• Information Technology : 01 Post
  Age : Not more than 65 years of age as on 01.04.2013
  Experience : Knowledge in the area of Technology Management in Banks and 5 years experience in Information Technology Department
  Nature of Job : To assist Executives at Corporate Office/Zonal Offices and Branch Managers of Exceptionally Large Branches as per requirements of the Bank

• Risk Management : 01 Post
  Age : Not more than 65 years of age as on 01.04.2013
  Experience : Knowledge in the area of Risk Management in Banks and 5 years experience in Risk Management Department
  Nature of Job : To assist Executives at Corporate Office/Zonal Offices and Branch Managers of Exceptionally Large Branches as per requirements of the Bank

• Marketing : 01 Post
  Age : Not more than 65 years of age as on 01.04.2013
  Experience : Knowledge in the area of  Marketing in Banks and 5 years experience in Marketing Department
  Nature of Job : To assist Executives at Corporate Office/Zonal Offices and Branch Managers of Exceptionally Large Branches as per requirements of the Bank

• Vigilance : 01 Post
  Age : Not more than 65 years of age as on 01.04.2013
  Experience : Knowledge in the area of  Vigilance in Banks and 5 years experience in Vigilance Department
  Nature of Job : To assist Executives at Corporate Office/Zonal Offices and Branch Managers of Exceptionally Large Branches as per requirements of the Bank

• Recovery Management : 07 Posts
  Age : Not more than 65 years of age as on 01.04.2013
  Experience : Knowledge in recovery in Banks and 5 years experience in Recovery ( Legal qualification will be an added asset)
  Nature of Job : To assist Executives at Corporate Office/Zonal Offices and Branch Managers of Exceptionally Large Branches as per requirements of the Bank

Scale IV & Scale III :

• Organization & Methods/ Management Information System : 01 Post
  Age : Not more than 65 years of age as on 01.04.2013
  Experience : Knowledge in Organization & Methods and Management Information System in Banks and 5 years field experience.
  Nature of Job : To assist Executives at Corporate Office/Zonal Offices and Branch Managers of Exceptionally Large Branches as per requirements of the Bank

• Recovery Management : 20 Posts
  Age : Not more than 65 years of age as on 01.04.2013
  Experience : Knowledge in recovery in Banks and 5 years experience in Recovery ( Legal qualification will be an added asset).
  Nature of Job : To assist Executives at Corporate Office/Zonal Offices and Branch Managers of Exceptionally Large Branches as per requirements of the Bank

• Inspection & Audit : 21 Posts
  Age : Not more than 65 years of age as on 01.04.2013
  Experience : Knowledge in Inspection in Banks and Audit and 5 years field experience in the area of Inspection
  Nature of Job : To assist Executives at Corporate Office/Zonal Offices and Branch Managers of Exceptionally Large Branches as per requirements of the Bank
