Vacancy Details:

1. Post Name: Steno-II (English)
Number of Positions: 07 (Seven)
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + GP Rs. 2400
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent with 100/ 40 w.p.m. in English shorthand and English typing respectively
Age Limit: Between 18 years to 27 years for Sr. No. 1 to 3 posts, Between 18 years to 25 years for Sr. No. 4 post

2. Post Name: Steno-II (Hindi)
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2400
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent with 80/25 w.p.m. speed in Hindi stenography and Hindi typing respectively.
Age Limit: Between 18 years to 27 years for Sr. No. 1 to 3 posts, Between 18 years to 25 years for Sr. No. 4 post

3. Post Name: Lower Division Clerk
Number of Positions: 10 (Ten)
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1900
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or its equivalent or Pass ITI.
Age Limit: Between 18 years to 27 years for Sr. No. 1 to 3 posts, Between 18 years to 25 years for Sr. No. 4 post

Location of Posting: Mumbai

Selection Procedure:

Selection will be on the basis of performance in Screening Test/Personal interview.
The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview.
Where the number of applications received in response to the advertisement is large and it will not be convenient or possible for the KVIC to interview all the candidates, the KVIC at their discretion may restrict the number of candidates to a reasonable limit by any one or more of the following method:

On the basis of either qualification higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement. II) On the basis of the experience in the relevant field.
By holding Shorthand, Typing and Screening test. The candidate should therefore, mention all the qualifications and experience in the relevant field over and above the minimum qualifications and should attach attested /self certified copies of the certificate in support thereof.
