The Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) is a statutory body established by an Act of Parliament (No. 61 of 1956, as amended by act no. 12 of 1987 and Act No.10 of 2006. In April 1957, it took over the work of former All India Khadi and Village Industries Board.

Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + GP Rs. 1900
Number of Post: 2
Qualification: Diploma (Three years duration) in the relevant area from a recognized University or Institute.
Experience :3 years experience .
Age :Between 18 to 27 years

Selection Procedure:

Selection will be on the basis of performance in personal interview.
The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview.
Where the number of applications received in response to the advertisement is large and it will not be convenient or possible for the KVIC to interview all the candidates, the KVIC at their discretion may restrict the number of candidates to a reasonable limit by any one or more of the following method:

On the basis of their qualifications higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement, or
On the basis of the experience in the relevant field. Or
By holding a screening test.

The candidate should therefore, mention all the qualifications and experience in the relevant field over and above the minimum qualifications and should attach attested /self certified copies of the certificate in support thereof.
