• Please Bring Duly Filled In Bio Data Form (5 Sets) Enclosed Herewith , Along with Two Photographs And Original Educational Qualifications Marks Sheets And Certificates - Class X & Above For Each Year/ Semester And Also Date Of Birth, Pc Certificate, Caste Certificate On Prescribed Format, No Objection Certificate, Candidate's Copy Of Fee Payment Challan Etc.
• Please Ensure That You Fulfill The Eligilibility Criteria In Respect Of Age, Category, Educational Qualification, Relaxation As Per Government Guidelines, As Stipulated In The Advertisement.
• Please Bring Graduation / Degree Certificate. If Degree Certificate Is Not Obtained, Provisional Certificate. Bring Mark Sheets Of Each Year/ Semester Including Consolidated Mark Sheet. In Case Grades Have Been Awarded In Place Of Marks, The Table Containing Conversion Chart From Grades To Percentage (%) Marks Must Be Submitted.
