Assistant Manager

Salary : Rs.14500 – 600/7 – 18700 – 700/2 – 20100 – 800/7 – 25700/-

Age Limit: Not more than 28 years as on 01.11.2011 (Candidates should be born on or after 01.11.1983)

Qualification:

Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks from any recognized University or other institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956.
The candidates should have minimum experience of one year in any scheduled commercial bank in officer / clerical cadre as on 01.11.2011.

Manager

Salary : Rs.19400- 700/1 -20100 – 800/10- 28100/-

Age Limit: Not more than 30 years as on 01.11.2011 (Candidates should be born on or after 01.11.1981)

Qualification:

Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks from any recognized University or other institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956.
The candidates should have minimum experience of two years in any scheduled commercial bank in officer cadre as on 01.11.2011.

Senior Manager

Salary : Rs.25700- 800/5- 29700 - 900/2- 31500/-

Age Limit: Not more than 30 years as on 01.11.2011 (Candidates should be born on or after 01.11.1981)

Qualification:

Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks from any recognized University or other institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956.
The candidates should have minimum experience of three years in any scheduled commercial bank in officer cadre as on 01.11.2011.

Mode of Selection:

Selection will be based on Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The process will be conducted at various centres viz. Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, New Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati and other centers, depending upon the number of candidates. Only the short-listed candidates will be called for group discussion/ interview. Short-listing will be done by taking into consideration the various attributes like qualifications/ additional qualifications, experience etc.. The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the group discussion/ interview after preliminary screening/ short-listing as aforesaid.
