PRATHAMA BANK invites applications from Indian citizens, for the post of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management Grade (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from Indian citizens who have appeared at the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and declared qualified.

For Officer Scale- II Above 21 years - Below 32 years

Educational Qualification:

Officers Scale - II (IT ): Degree from a recognized University in Electronics /Communication / Computer Science / InformationTechnology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50%marks in aggregate.
Officers Scale - II (Charted Accountants): Certified Associate ship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
Officers Scale - II (General banking): Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree/diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture,Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co Operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics & Accountancy.
Officers Scale - I : Degree in any discipline from a recognized University and Proficiency in Local Language.
Office Assistants (Multipurpose) : Degree in any discipline from a recognized University and Proficiency in Local Language.
Candidates are required to possess proficiency in the Official Language of the State in which RRB is located and must have passed “ local language” i.e. Hindi as one of the subjects at Matriculation/Xth Standard.

Application Fee:

For Officer Scale I & II : Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.Rs.100/- for all others
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) : Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates. Rs.100/- for all others

Selection Procedure:

Personal Interview: Depending on the number of vacancies, Bank will call from among who have applied to bank, the
number, equivalent to three times the number of vacancies short-listed based on their Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS). Remaining applicants, if any will not receive an interview call from the Bank
Interview Centre: The Interview will be held at the MORADABAD (UTTAR PRADESH) centre and the address of the venue will be advised in the call letters. The address of the venues will also be displayed in the Bank’s website one week before the dates for commencement of Interviews.
Note: Bank reserves the right to cancel the centre and/or add some other centre’s, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc. Bank also reserves the right to allot the candidate to centre other than the one he/she has opted for

application will be accepted.
The candidates belonging to the operational area of Prathama Bank i.e. the Districts Moradabad, Rampur, Amroha and Sambhal of Uttar Pradesh should go to the nearest branch of Prathama Bank and remit the requisite fee in “Prathama Bank Recruitment Project” Account No. 89007503416 at Prathama Bank, Ram Ganga Vihar branch Moradabad through CBS.
The candidates belonging to any part of India other than the operational area of Prathama Bank as specified above may remit fee in “Prathama Bank Recruitment Project” Account No. 89007503416 at Prathama Bank, Ram Ganga Vihar branch, Moradabad (IFSC CodePRTH0011169) through NEFT at any Bank branch in India having NEFT facility.
Obtain the Applicant’s Copy/UTR no. of the Application Fee paid by NEFT duly authenticated by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & code No, (b) UTR no. (c) Date of Deposit & amount filled by the Branch Official.
