(Cut-off) IBPS CWE RRB - IV Officer Scale (I, II, & III) & Office Assistant

I. Process for Arriving at Scores

The Scores are obtained by adopting the following procedure:

(i) Number of questions answered correctly by a candidate in each objective test is considered for arriving at the Corrected Score after applying penalty for wrong answers.
(ii) The Corrected Scores so obtained by a candidate are made equivalent to take care of the minor difference in difficulty level, if any, in each of the objective tests held in different sessions to arrive at the Equated Scores*.

* Scores obtained by candidates on any test are equated to the base form by considering the distribution of the scores of all the sessions.

Note: Cutoffs were applied in three stages:

(i) on scores in individual tests
(ii) on Total Weighted Score (TWS)
(iii) on TWS against 3 times the number of vacancies as reported by RRBs for shortlisting for Interviews

For Office Assistant- Total Weighted Score = Scores obtained in (Reasoning 1.25 + Computer Knowledge 0.50 + General Awareness 1.00 + English Language/ Hindi Language 1.00 + Numerical Ability 1.25)

For Officer Scale-I- Total Weighted Score = Scores obtained in (Reasoning 1.25 + Computer Knowledge 0.50 + General Awareness 1.00 + English Language/ Hindi Language 1.00 + Quantitative Aptitude 1.25)

For Officer Scale-II (GBO) and Officer Scale-III- Total Weighted Score = Scores obtained in (Reasoning 1.25 + Computer Knowledge 0.50 + Financial Awareness 1.00 + English Language/ Hindi Language 1.00 + Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation 1.25)

For Officer Scale-II in Specialist Cadre- Total Weighted Score = Scores obtained in (Professional Knowledge × 1.00 + Reasoning 1.00 + Computer Knowledge 0.50 + English Language/ Hindi Language 0.50 + Financial Awareness  1.00 + Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation 1.00)
